Sub-Assembly
For plastic bonding using high-frequency electrical energy. With pressure, it creates frictional heat between the joint area of two plastic parts.
A joining process used to join different types of metals together by melting solder. It is a metal alloy made of tin and lead, which is then melted using a hot iron.
Use the brass insert to heat the polymers until it melts and flows around the undercut of the insert to form a tight fitting.
The finished board after all the components have been soldered and installed on the PCB.
